Help with RanchPilot

Email us

The fastest way to reach a person is email: hello@greenbowlabs.com. Please tell us:

• the email address on your RanchPilot account,
• what you were trying to do and what happened,
• the phone or computer you're using (and whether it was online or offline).

Please never send us your password.

Help in the app

• The how-to guide. In the app, open Help from the menu for the full guide, with search. It works with no signal, so it's there at the chute.
• Ask. On the same Help page, Ask answers how-to questions from the guide. If it can't answer, you can send the question on to us. See the privacy policy for how Ask handles your questions.

Common questions

• I forgot my password. Email us from the address on your account, and we'll help you reset it.
• I can't sign in. Check the email address you used. RanchPilot is invite-only while it's in early access. If you were invited, use the invite link you were sent; if it has expired, ask the person who invited you for a new one.
• I want to join a ranch. Ask a ranch owner or manager to invite you from Settings, People. You'll get a one-time link by text or email.
• I want my data. You can export everything, in CSV and JSON, from the app at any time.
• I want to delete my account. See how to delete your account and data.
• I want early access. RanchPilot is in development, with early access coming. Email us with what you run and where.
