RanchPilot is ranch management software made by Greenbow Labs ("we," "us"). Our full privacy policy is being finished and will be posted on this page soon. Until then, this page explains how Ask, the help assistant in the RanchPilot app, handles your information.

Ask, the help assistant

RanchPilot has a help assistant called Ask, on the Help page of the app. You can ask it how to use RanchPilot, and it answers from the RanchPilot user guide. It can't see or change your herd, your money or any other ranch records.

• What it uses. The questions you type and the answers it gives.
• Who handles it. Questions and answers are processed by Greenbow Assist, a help service run by Greenbow Labs, the maker of RanchPilot. To generate answers, your questions are sent to Anthropic, our AI provider.
• How long we keep it. Questions and answers are kept for up to 90 days.
• When it can't answer. You can choose to send your question on to RanchPilot support, along with the email address or phone number you give us, so we can reply.

Please don't type sensitive personal information into Ask. Answers can be wrong, so check them against the user guide.
